2024 Annual Meeting
The 2024 Toghotthele Annual meeting of Shareholders was held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, in Nenana at the Mitch Demientieff Tribal Hall.
Board candidates that were elected for a three-year term were: Carrie Irwin Brown, Leonard Jensen, and Russell Ketzler.
Information shared with attendees included an overview of the financial statements from 2023, operations in 2024, and our goals and opportunities available in 2025.
The weather was warm and the company and food were festive. Door prizes included a ham dinner, a turkey dinner, surf-and turf, and Carhart jackets embroidered with our logo and many cash prizes! We hope to see you next year!
A special thanks to our cooks, Terry Puryear and Brian Charlie, our local election judge Laurel McManus, Tom McClellan and Leanne Bloom of the certified accounting firm RJG, Deborah Norcross of Balanced Bookkeeping LLC for all the hard work she does year-round to make sure payments get out, and the staff and board of Toghotthele Corporation.

Donald Charlie, Kelly Ann Monroe, and William "Spud" Williams.
Information shared with attendees included an overview of the 2022 Financial Statements and operations, 2023 operations to-date, and opportunities for 2024.
