2023 Annual Meeting
The 2023 Toghotthele Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held Sunday, December 17, 2023, in Nenana, at the Mitch Demientieff Tribal Hall.
Board candidates elected for a three-year term were:
Donald Charlie, Kelly Ann Monroe, and William "Spud" Williams.
Information shared with attendees included an overview of the 2022 Financial Statements and operations, 2023 operations to-date, and opportunities for 2024.
